At THE TOG, we want you to love every piece you wear, but we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges if your items aren't a perfect fit. All returned garments must be in their original, unwashed condition with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original packaging and tags are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
